A lecturer of English by profession and having done an MPhil in Theatre of the Absurd, Archie Paranji is an artist by choice. With a passion for acting that spanned over 20 years she is also a trained Hindustani classical singer. Armed with a course in Interior Design she executed multiple homes, offices and commercial projects but found her calling in designing event décor for weddings and parties. She is married to Jayanth and they have one son, Shantanu and 2 dogs.
Prakash Savio
Event Design and Production
Fresh out of college, Prakash followed his heart and joined Mowzz Entertainment Services LLP. From DJing to learning the ropes and becoming and expert in sound and light engineering, he has traveled the world producing musical and theatrical extravaganzas. Prakash or ‘Proxy’ as he is better known, is considered an expert in event production. Today, Proxy is a partner at Mowzz. He is married to Preetha, and they have two children, Ethan and Oshin and one dog.
Seema Mohanchandran
Animal Welfare Programs and Hospitality
Seema started her career with the Taj Group in 1990 and has worked in multiple locations from Chennai, New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata. Post her role in Kolkata as General Manager – Sales, Eastern Region, she moved to Hyderabad in May 2015 as Corporate Director – Sales. Subsequently she took on the role of Public Relations for the Southern Region for the Taj. Since February 2019, she has taken a back seat from the corporate world to pursue her personal interests, which include animal welfare. She and her husband, Mohan have 4 dogs and 4 cats. Currently residing in Udaipur, Seema has been actively working to sterilize street dogs. With the help of a local NGO, a total of 110 dogs have been vaccinated and sterilized in the last 2 years.
Murali Krishna K

With a career spanning 20 years+ in technology & general management, Murali is a corporate leader, cricket aficionado, travel enthusiast & animal lover. After 15 years with Microsoft, he recently moved to a US healthcare major, Providence as SVP & Country Head. He cares for stray animals and over the years has contributed extensively to their well being. He was a pet parent to a beautiful boxer – Buddy. He is married to Divya and they have a son, Shiv in addition to several furry friends they consider as family.
Aparna Rao
Animal Welfare Programs
Trained as an interior designer in New York, Aparna Rao lived and worked there till 2001. She returned to Hyderabad in 2001 and dedicated herself to the cause of animal welfare. She joined Blue Cross of Hyderabad as a volunteer and today, is the president of the organisation. Aparna is also on the board of Sivananda Rehabilitation Home and Ramdev Rao Hospital and is a trustee of Chaitanya Memorial Education Trust. She has 7 dogs.
Karan S Kumar

With over 15 years of experience in design, technology, and running his own startups, Karan is a seasoned professional passionate about helping organizations succeed. An independent consultant, Karan works closely with companies to leverage design and technology to achieve their goals. He loves to travel, bike, read, and is an animal lover. As a proud pet parent to three dogs, Karan values the importance of love and care for all creatures. Whether helping startups and fledgling businesses navigate the challenges of growth or simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, he always strives to make a positive impact in the world.
Kiara Bhatia
Services & Media Coordinator
Kiara is currently pursuing a Business Management degree at the Open University UK. An avid musician, dancer, and fitness enthusiast, she completed her International Baccalaureate high school diploma at the International School of Hyderabad. Working towards a career in the glamour and film industry, she is on a journey of self-exploration, but is sure that the one thing she will always do, is give back to society and help the underprivileged in any way she can.
Meghna Goenka
Welfare Programs & Event Operations
Meghna Goenka is a designer and the creative director of the bespoke furniture and lighting firm, Litotees. She ran a successful interior design and architecture firm based in Hyderabad, and now has chosen to focus on her product retail business. She is an avid champion of social service, having supported numerous old-age living facilities and animal welfare causes during the pandemic. She has a BSc in Chemistry with honours, and a Masters in Business Administration. She lives in Hyderabad with her husband, two teens, and their rescue dog Ozzie.
